Welcome to Sydney, Australia 's largest city and one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Your hotel room is available for immediate check-in. A pre-night is not required for early check-in. Your morning sightseeing tour includes a visit to the city 's BOTANIC GARDENS and the famous Mrs Macquarie 's chair. The sandstone rock chair was carved by convicts in 1810 and is said to be where Mrs Macquarie would sit and watch the ships from Great Britain sail into the harbor. Next, visit the famous SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for an inside visit of its interior and theaters. Afterward, enjoy a welcome lunch at one of the LF Opera House 's restaurants where you 'll enjoy great photo opportunities and sweeping views of the harbor and Harbour Bridge. Today is at leisure to explore all that Sydney has to offer. You may want to take an optional excursion to the World Heritage Site of the Blue Mountains, home to picturesque villages and spectacular views. Other options include learning to surf at nearby Bondi Beach, exploring the shops at Darling Harbour, climbing to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, joining a local guide for a pub tour of the Rocks District, or enjoying dinner and 360-degree revolving views from the top of Sydney Tower. (B)Day 4:SYDNEY-ULURU (AYERS ROCK).
Today, fly to the Red Center of Australia and visit Ayers Rock, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known also by its Aboriginal name: Uluru. This massive sandstone monolith is one of the world 's most mysterious and religious sites. Enjoy a DRINK as you watch the sunset and the changing colors as they fall across the landscape. For an unforgettable experience, you may choose to rise early for an optional camel ride to watch the sunrise at Uluru. Today, enjoy a TOUR at the base of the rock, while learning of its significance to the Anangu Aboriginal people. Time to relax at your resort before the afternoon takes us to a popular lookout to enjoy views of the magnificent KATA TJUTA (the Olgas), a geological splendor of some 36 brilliant domes. The Great Barrier Reef was described by Sir David Attenborough as "The most magical place in the world." Today is your chance to experience this stunning wonder and beauty for yourself.
